Vehicles Pass Through Gate, But Don't Appear in Queue

Troubleshooting when the gate opens for a customer automatically, but doesn't move to the queue.

Occasionally, you will see customers process at the lane where the customer will scan in correctly and raise the gate to allow the customer in. However, the session in the app may not move to in Queue, and will not appear in the loader. It will remain at lane, and may be pushed to pre-gate if another vehicle pulls up to the gate.

We recommend the following steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Use the app to turn the lane off and on again.

    Resetting the gate status through the app can restart the system and start pushing those sessions to the queue.
