When closing a lane due to maintenance or hardware issues, you must disable it in the Clarity app in addition to using physical barriers like cones.
Important: If the lane remains active in the app while physically blocked, customers in open lanes may scan correctly, but their gates won't open, causing processing failures.
To prevent issues, follow these steps when closing a lane:
Place physical barriers (cones) to block vehicle access.
βDisable the lane in Attendant Mode under Gate Overrides.
βVerify remaining lanes are functioning properly.
This prevents system conflicts and ensures smooth operations in active lanes.
