Migrate a Membership from a Legacy POS in Attendant Mode

Attendants can migrate customer accounts from the legacy Point of Sale system using the app. This will allow customers to view and manage their membership on their device and bring their information to AMP.

To migrate an account from a legacy system to AMP, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the More menu (triple-dot).

  2. Click on Attendant Mode.

  3. If the customer already has an account, you can search for the customer using name, email, or phone number via Look Up Existing Customer. Otherwise, you can create a new account to migrate the plan to in the Attendant Wizard.

  4. Enter the customer's license plate information or RFID sticker information for their legacy plan.

  5. This will pull up the associated membership and show what plan, price, and bill date the customer has. Verify this information with the customer, and click "That's Me".

    If the legacy plan cannot be found with any of the customer information, please reach out to AMP support at [email protected].

  6. On the invoice page, you'll see the pricing and billing details.

    Note: Customers won't be charged at signup; billing will begin on their previously set date on the legacy plan. However, a payment method must be added to activate the subscription and ensure proper billing going forward.
