Dynamic Text allows you to customize the words and phrases displayed throughout your customer app and portal.
This feature helps your business maintain brand tone, update key messages, and localize content without needing a development change.
Accessing Dynamic Text
The Dynamic Text tool is found under App Configurations in the Portal.
To access Dynamic Text, follow these steps:
Log in to your AMP Portal.
In the left navigation menu, expand App Configurations.
Select Dynamic Text.
This page displays a searchable list of all text keys used throughout your app and customer portal. Each text key controls a label, phrase, or description visible to users.
Understanding the Dynamic Text Table
Each row represents a piece of text that can be edited.

Key | The internal name used by the system (e.g., |
Description | Notes where that text appears or how it’s used. |
Value | The current text shown to users in the app or portal. |
Actions | Edit or delete a text item. |
You can use the Search bar to quickly find specific phrases or keys, such as “About” or “Account.”
Editing Dynamic Text
Updating text is quick and safe — changes take effect instantly across your live app and customer portal.
To edit a Dynamic Text item, follow these steps:
From the Dynamic Text table, click the Edit icon next to the key you want to update.
Update the Value field with your new text.
Click Update Dynamic Text to save your change.
For example:
If you edit the ABOUT_SCREEN key, you can modify the company description that appears in the app’s About section.
Creating New Dynamic Text
You can also create new keys for additional text fields used in future updates or custom modules.
To create new Dynamic Text, follow these steps:
On the Dynamic Text page, click New Dynamic Text in the top-right corner.
Enter a Key, Description, and Value.
Key: A unique identifier for the text (e.g.,
WELCOME_MESSAGE).Description: Where this text appears or how it’s used.
Value: The actual text customers will see.
Click Create Dynamic Text to add the new text item.
