Loyalty Portal Overview

The Loyalty tab helps you reward repeat customers by offering points and redeemable credits.


Through this section of the Portal, you can define how customers earn points, when they expire, and what rewards can be redeemed, all while maintaining full control of your brand’s visuals and messaging.



Accessing the Loyalty Tab

The Loyalty tab is located under the Marketing section of the Portal.

To open the Loyalty page, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your AMP Portal.

  2. From the left navigation menu, click Marketing.

  3. Select Loyalty from the dropdown options.

Once opened, you’ll see two sub-tabs:

  • Configuration – Manage how points work and how customers earn or redeem them.

  • Reward Tiers – Create and manage reward levels that customers can redeem with points.


Understanding Loyalty Configuration

The Configuration page defines how points work for your business.
Here, you control how customers earn, redeem, and see their rewards.


To configure your loyalty program, follow these steps:

  1. Activate the program.
    Enable the Active checkbox to turn on loyalty features for your site.

  2. Allow CSR adjustments (optional).
    Turn on Allow CSRs to adjust customer loyalty balance.

  3. Set point naming.
    Enter the singular and plural names (e.g., Point / Points) that will appear in the app and customer receipts.

  4. Define conversion rates.

    • Subscription Payment Conversion Rate: How many points customers earn per dollar spent on subscriptions.

    • One-Time Purchase Conversion Rate: Points per dollar for single washes.

  5. Set point expiration.
    Choose how many months' points remain valid before expiring (e.g., 6 months).

  6. Add a promo code (optional).
    Enter your Loyalty Wash Promo Code ID to automatically apply free washes or credits at checkout.

  7. Click Update Loyalty Configuration to save your settings.


Adding Visuals to Your Loyalty Program

Images help bring your rewards to life for customers.
Use the Images sub-tab to upload branded graphics that display across your loyalty screens in the app and portal.

Setting Up Reward Tiers

Reward Tiers define what customers can redeem using their earned points.
For example, customers can exchange 100 points for a $5 credit.


To add or edit reward tiers, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Reward Tiers tab.

  2. Select New Tier to create a reward, or the edit icon to edit an existing one.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name / Display Name: Internal and customer-facing names (e.g., $5 Credit).

    • Redeemed Title: The short label customers see when redeeming (e.g., Redeem).

    • Reward Description: Explain what the credit can be used for.

    • Ordinal: The order in which the tier appears in the list.

    • Points Required: The number of points needed (e.g., 100 = $5 credit).

    • Type: Select Credit.

    • Credit Amount: Enter the dollar value.

  4. Upload tier images and icons for clear, visual rewards.

  5. Enable Is Active to make the reward available.

  6. Click Update Option/Create Option to update.
