Navigating account subscription upgrades and downgrades through the portal

Modify Plan:

  1. Navigate to the account in which you are looking to alter the vehicle plan.

  2. Select Accounts > Vehicle and find the vehicle whose plans you with to alter.

  3. Click on the Actions button on the left of the vehicle, and select the option that lists “Modify Plan.”

  4. Navigate to the Modify Plan menu, selecting the New Product, the New Plan Price, and specify the reason.

  5. Modify Plan: Select the correct car wash plan

  6. New Product: Select the correct price group and plan price for the vehicle you are looking to update to. Find the price group by finding the location the customer washes at, navigate to this location in the locations tab, select “Wash, Service, and Price Settings,” and notice the price group.

  7. Comments: Specify the reason for the change. If AMP Support, put in “AMP Support:” followed by the reasoning for making the update, or the CSR who requested the change.
