Promotions – Gift Cards Portal
This is the Gift Cards section of the portal, specifically under the "PROMOTIONS" tab.
Available Features and Controls:
Search Functionality:
A search bar labeled "Search gift cards" allows users to quickly locate specific promotions.
Filtering Options:
"Show Inactive" checkbox to include or exclude inactive promotions.
"Effective From" dropdown to filter promotions based on their effective date.
"Start Date" and "End Date" fields for defining a custom date range.
Sorting:
A dropdown menu for sorting promotions, currently set to "Ordinal (Asc)".
Action Buttons:
"REFRESH" (blue button) to reload the current view with updated data.
"NEW GIFT CARD PROMOTION" (orange button) to initiate the creation of a new promotion.
Bulk Create – Gift Cards Portal
The Bulk Create section enables users to efficiently generate and export multiple gift cards in a single operation.
Navigation Path:

Available Fields and Controls:
Gift Card Value *
Specifies the monetary value of each gift card.Number of Gift Cards *
Defines how many gift cards will be generated in the batch.Prefix
An optional field to add a custom prefix to each generated gift card code.CSV Filename *
The name of the file to which the generated gift cards will be exported.
Action Button:
CREATE GIFT CARDS AND EXPORT TO CSV
Initiates the creation of the specified gift cards and exports them to a downloadable CSV file.
Note: Bulk gift cards automatically generate random redemption codes for use at checkout. These codes cannot be manually created or customized besides the prefix. To load funds onto a specific gift card code, use Attendant Mode.
History – Gift Cards Portal
The History section provides users with a detailed view of past gift card activity, enabling tracking and auditing of issued cards over time.

Available Features and Controls:
Search Bar:
Allows users to filter historical records by gift card number or related keywords.Sorting Option:
A dropdown menu enables sorting of records.
Table Columns:
The history table includes the following data fields:
Gift Card Number – Unique identifier for each gift card.
Outstanding Balance – Remaining balance on the card.
Redeemed Value To Date – Total amount redeemed from the card.
Created On – Date the gift card was generated.
First Redeemed On – Date of the first redemption activity.
Last Activity On – Most recent transaction or update.
Actions – Options for managing or viewing additional details.
Create Gift Card Promotion – Gift Cards Portal
The Create Gift Card Promotion interface allows users to configure and launch new gift card promotions with detailed customization options.

Available Fields and Controls:
Active (Checkbox):
Enables or disables the promotion upon creation.Name *
Required field to identify the promotion internally.Ordinal
Determines the display order of the promotion in listings.Price ($) *
The purchase price of the gift card.Value ($) *
The redeemable value of the gift card.Effective From / Effective To *
Defines the start and end dates for the promotion’s availability.Promotion Title Image
Allows users to upload a visual asset to represent the promotion.Marketing Label
Optional field for a short promotional tagline or description.
Action Buttons:
CREATE GIFT CARD PROMOTION
Finalizes and activates the promotion with the entered details.CANCEL
