Legacy Members and Migration

Access and edit legacy member records in the portal.

Legacy members from your previous car wash system can be seamlessly transferred to the platform. This guide provides a basic overview of how legacy members appear in the portal and key management information.

Accessing Legacy Members

Navigate to Users & Accounts > Legacy Members to view all imported legacy member records. Use the search bar and dropdown filters to quickly locate specific customers.

Legacy Member Table

The table displays essential information for each record, including name, email, phone number, legacy POS location, plan type, price, and migration status. Use the Actions button to edit unmigrated records or view customers whose plans have already been migrated.

Legacy Member Details

Click any record to view complete legacy information. For members with a Migration Status of "Migrated," you'll find a hyperlink to their account.

Editing Legacy Records

You can modify unmigrated plans and click Update Legacy Member to save changes. Common edits include:

  • Clearing the Cancellation Date field (which blocks migration).

  • Updating RFID or license plate information associated with the customer or plan.
