What Is a Prepaid Wash Promotion?
A Prepaid Wash Promotion is a marketing offer that allows non-member customers to purchase a bundle of washes at a discounted price.
Once the purchase is successfully completed, the customer receives a set number of prepaid washes available for use in the app.
For example:
Buy 5, Get 1 Free — the customer pays for 5 washes but receives 6 prepaid washes in total.
When to Use This Section
Occasionally, a customer may purchase a prepaid wash promotion in the app but find that their prepaid washes do not appear in their account, or the purchase fails to complete properly.
In these cases, you can use the portal to verify and validate what happened with the transaction.
How to Locate a Prepaid Wash Promotion Purchase
Navigate to the Portal → Marketing → Prepaid Promotion.
Under Prepaid Promotion Details, go to the Purchase History section.
In the search bar, you can locate a purchase by:
Confirmation Code
Customer’s First or Last Name
Email Address
💡 Tip: you can also filter your search by Wash Type or Promotion Name.
Once you’ve found the purchase, click on it to view detailed information about the transaction — including purchase date, promotion name, and customer details.
Viewing Current Prepaid Promotions
In the same Prepaid Promotions section of the portal, you can also see a list of all current promotions active at your site.
To view or edit a promotion, click the Pencil icon next to it.
Under Promotion Details, you’ll find all the configuration settings for that specific promotion — such as wash quantity, discount rate, purchase limit and offer details.
💡 Tip:
If you notice an issue — for example, a Buy 5 Get 1 Free promotion showing 7 washes instead of 6 — this is the first place to check to ensure the settings are configured correctly.
