Navigation
In the portal’s left-hand sidebar, click Marketing.
Under Marketing, choose Gift Cards.
In the Gift Cards area, select the History tab.
You’ll land on a list of all gift cards and their statuses. You can search for these gift cards via gift card code.

In the History tab, you’ll see columns such as:
Search Bar (filter / find specific cards)
Gift Card Number
Outstanding Balance
Redeemed Value To Date
Created On
First Redeemed On
Last Activity On
Actions
Gift Card Detail View
Clicking any gift card in the list will reveal its detailed view. Once you click a card, you’ll see:
Current Balance
Purchase Details
Transaction History, including columns for:
Action For
Action By
Date
Transaction Type
Transaction Amount
Balance at that transaction
Request Source
Related Item
Comment
Use this detail view to audit or trace the gift card’s activity over time.
