Three features are included to simplify the process of uploading, updating, and maintaining member records:
Download Legacy Members Template, Upload Legacy Members File, and Download Legacy Members File.

1. Download Legacy Members Template

To get started, you can easily download a Legacy Members Template using the blue button located in the middle at the top of the page.

This template provides the proper structure and formatting required for adding or updating legacy member records. By using the template, you’ll ensure that all fields are correctly populated and aligned with the system’s data requirements—minimizing upload errors and ensuring a smoother import process.

2. Upload Legacy Members File

Once you’ve populated or updated your member information in the template, you can upload it using the Upload Legacy Members File feature. This is accessible via the grey button at the top right of the page.

This feature allows you to quickly import large batches of member data into the system, saving time and reducing manual effort. Whether you’re adding new records or updating existing ones, the upload process is seamless and user-friendly.

3. Download Legacy Members File

You can also download existing legacy member records directly from the system. This Download Legacy Members File feature is particularly helpful when you need to review or make updates to current data.

Simply download the file, make any necessary changes, and then re-upload it using the Upload Legacy Members File option to keep your records up to date.

Summary

These new features — Download Legacy Members Template, Upload Legacy Members File, and Download Legacy Members File — provide a complete and efficient workflow for managing legacy member data. Together, they help ensure greater accuracy, flexibility, and ease of use when handling large sets of member information.
