Information on the Contacts in the Portal

The Contacts section of the portal allows you to upload customer information directly to the platform. You can use these contacts to send targeted messages and promotions, even if customers don't have an app account.


Navigate to the Contacts page in the portal under Marketing > Contacts.

Contacts can include the name, phone number, and email of a user. You can assign tags to specific contacts and use them to send targeted messages through Messages/Notifications.

You can use the buttons at the top of the Contacts page to upload a batch of contacts, download the template used for these uploads, and export contacts.

A contact will also be made when a user creates an app account; this will be denoted by the Source AMP_USER.
