This guide clarifies the key differences between Prepaid and Pre Purchased washes in the platform. Use this as a quick reference to ensure accurate account management and customer support.
Prepaid Washes
Prepaid washes are added to the customer's account in two ways, either through a prepaid wash promotion at a discount, or through a loyalty reward that the customer redeemed to their account.
You can locate these washes under the user account and the Prepaid wash tab. This will show the balance of washes, and the history of redemption and use.
Pre Purchased Washes
Also known as Remote washes, are washes that are purchased off-site, through the standard retail wash purchase flow. These can also be washes pulled from memberships off-site, so they are reserving a wash to be used on-site later.
These are stored under the user account under the Remote Washes tab. This will show you when the wash was Pre Purchased, which location it is assigned to, and if it has been redeemed yet.
