Workflow Overview:
Customer Recognition
Upon arrival, AMP Clarity’s AI-based cameras detect and identify the customer’s vehicle. Their account details are immediately displayed on your tablet. For example, selecting the customer in Lane 1 brings up their profile.
Customer Details Screen
This screen provides key information such as the customer’s name, membership status, and wash activity over the past 30 days.
Managing Membership
Tap Manage Membership at the bottom of the screen to begin editing.
Vehicle Selection
Choose the relevant vehicle (e.g., the customer’s Porsche) to access vehicle-specific options.
Edit Vehicle Options
From here, you can:Update the customer’s plan
Change payment methods
Modify vehicle details (e.g., license plate updates)
Plan Management
Tap Manage next to the active plan to:Select Current Plan to upgrade or downgrade the membership
Select Payment Method to change the payment method
Link the vehicle to another account
Cancel the plan if needed
