Step-by-Step Process:
Step 1: Access Customer Session
Navigate to the retail app and locate the customer session—in this example, Ivana Zoom in Lane One. Tap the session bubble to access detailed customer information.
Step 2: Review Customer Profile
Upon opening the session, Clarity displays relevant customer data, including vehicle make, model, and license plate.
Step 3: Initiate Membership Purchase
To begin the membership sale, select “Purchase Membership” from the session interface.
Step 4: Select Membership Plan
You’ll be directed to the plan selection screen. Choose the appropriate membership tier based on customer needs and preferences.
Step 5: Confirm Payment Method
If the customer has a saved payment method, it will be available for immediate use.
Optional: You can change the payment method or apply a promotion/referral code at this stage.
Step 6: Proceed to Checkout
Once the plan and payment method are confirmed, tap “Checkout” to continue.
Step 7: Terms Agreement
Present the terms and conditions to the customer. They must review and agree before proceeding.
Step 8: Capture Digital Signature
Request the customer’s signature directly on the device. After signing, they should tap “Agree” to finalize the transaction.
Step 9: Membership Activation
The membership is now successfully attached to Ivana’s account. The sale is complete.
