Step-by-Step Process:

Step 1: AMP Clarity provides immediate visibility into customer sessions. For example, a first-time guest in Lane One is identified by a unique session bubble, distinct from known retail users or long-term members. Tap into the session to begin.

Step 2: Upon accessing the session, Clarity displays available customer data, including vehicle make/model and license plate. If additional customer information is available, it will appear below.

Step 3: Let's select a wash. We're brought to the wash menu, and we can select an option.

Step 4: Clarity presents multiple upsell options, such as app account creation or membership purchase. For this walkthrough, we’ll proceed directly to the membership sale.

Step 5: The system navigates to the checkout screen, where payment can be processed via card.

Step 6: In this case, we'll capture the card manually. The fastest way to capture a customer's information, just always use a Stripe reader.

Step 7: Tap “Pay” to process the card. The system confirms the transaction instantly.

Step 8: Optionally, a receipt can be sent via text message using the customer’s phone number. In this example, we’ll skip this step.

The customer’s wash is now attached, and the sale is complete. This demonstrates how AMP Clarity simplifies guest wash and membership sales with minimal friction and maximum efficiency.
