Quick Summary:
AMP Clarity streamlines the process of adding a new vehicle to an existing member’s account—whether the customer is in the queue, at the gate, or post-wash. This tutorial demonstrates how to use Session Manager to identify the customer, input vehicle details, assign a plan, and finalize the update. The current wash session remains unaffected, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
✅ Select an active session from the Pre-Gate or Gate view
✅ Tap Manage Membership to access the customer’s garage
✅ Input new vehicle details: make, model, year, body style, color, and license plate
✅ Choose a wash plan, apply promo/referral codes, and use the card on file
✅ Finalize with terms, customer signature, and confirm the vehicle is ready to wash
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Identify the customer’s active session. This can be done at various stages—Pre-Gate, At Gate, in the queue, or post-wash in the vacuum area.
In this example, the customer has been detected by rear cameras and is currently at Gate in Lane 1. Tap the session to proceed.
Step 2: Scroll down and select Manage Membership to access the customer’s garage.
Step 3: From the garage view, tap Add New to begin adding a vehicle. You’ll see existing vehicles listed (e.g., Honda Civic and Corvette Stingray).
Step 4: Enter the vehicle’s year, make, model, and body style. If only one body style is available, it will auto-populate.
Step 5: Select the vehicle color and input the license plate details, including the plate number and state.
Step 6: Tap Add to save the new vehicle to the customer’s account.
Step 7: At this point, we reach an optional section. To select a plan, we can go down and select the Royal Flush Plan.
Step 8: We will automatically have the customer's payment method on file and we can select Checkout. You may also apply any promo or referral codes at this stage.
Step 9: Agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 10: Have the customer provide their signature to finalize the agreement.
Step 11: The new vehicle is now successfully added and ready for use. This update does not interfere with the current session—the original vehicle (e.g., the Civic) remains active and ready to enter the wash.
And that’s how you update a customer’s payment method using Session Manager.
