POS Information for Migration

When creating a legacy record, you will need specific information about a legacy plan to ensure correct migration. The Legacy Customer ID and Legacy Plan ID can look different depending on the POS. This article will help you differentiate between them, and show you where to find this information.



Sonny's

These IDs have a format like this:

123456:1234


These can be pulled from Sonny's site. When you are on the customer account you can view the customer ID through the URL:


On the plan page, you can view the plan ID through the URL:


DRB

These IDs have a format like this:

1234567890 and 1234567890_as_plan_id

We use only the legacy Customer Object ID; the requirement for the legacy plan ID field below is that it's unique in the system. Formatting as shown below is appropriate.


These can be pulled from DRB, they are listed under the Customer Object ID.


ICS

These IDs have an alphanumeric format with

8 digits - 4 digits - 4 digits - 4 digits - 4 digits - 12 digits.


These IDs should be obtainable through the ICS APIs. Contact your organization's IT administrator for more information.
