When attempting email migration, many fields dictate whether a migration is possible in the portal.
This guide explains and defines each field for email migration.
Email / Name / Exists: The email displays what has been inputted into the migration tool in the portal. If this account exists in the portal, the system will pull up the customer's name, and it will log exists as Yes.
Has Logged In: This field is dependent on the Activity Logs on the customer account and will display Yes or No.
Has Linked Accounts: Displays if the account has been linked to another app account.

Has Washed / # Vehicles / Has Integration / Has Remote Washes: This will display the number of vehicles on the account, if the account has any wash activity history, and if any of the vehicles are integrated with legacy POS systems. Remote washes are washes that are purchased while not at a location.
Customer Created: Displays whether an account has been created in Stripe for this customer.
Active Subscriptions / Canceled Subscriptions: These fields show if the account currently has any active or canceled subscriptions attached.
If there are red flags displayed on the initial check, migration will require additional action to complete.
