Viewing Past Due Invoices in the Portal

Customers with past-due invoices may be searched for via the portal. Please note that invoices in the portal are only active for 30 days. If you wish to see an invoice older than 30 days, you must access it through Stripe.

Invoices in the portal are located on customer accounts. If you know the customer you intend to search for, please search for the customer on the Users page by their name, email address, phone number, or license plate.

If your intention is to search for past-due customers in general, you may use the search filter on the Users page; search for overdue members using this filter.


To view Past Due Invoices in the Portal, follow these steps:

  1. In the portal, navigate to Users & Accounts and click on Users.

  2. Enter the customer's information, and click on their name or email address to access their account.

  3. Click on Billing/Payments, then Invoice History. By default, the Invoice History page will display all paid invoices since the customer joined. To view unpaid, voided, etc., invoices, please modify the Invoice Status filter as needed.

Invoices paid will be marked as PAID in the Status column. Invoices that are past due or failed may be marked as OPEN.

To view an invoice from Stripe, click on the Invoice ID on the right-hand side of the entry. You may optionally download a PDF of the receipt or invoice from the external link that populates.
