Finding Customer Invoices in the Portal

You can find invoices for a customer under their account. Anything they purchase in the app, or through an Attendant on their account will be listed under the Invoice history for their account.

Note: Invoices in the portal are only active for 30 days. If you wish to see an invoice older than 30 days, you must access it through Stripe.

To find customer invoices in the portal, follow these steps:

  1. In the portal, navigate to Users & Accounts and click on Users.

  2. Enter the customer's information, and click on their name or email address to access their account.
    ​

  3. Click on Billing/Payments, then Invoice History. By default, the Invoice History page will display all paid invoices since the customer joined. To view unpaid, voided, etc., invoices, please modify the Invoice Status filter as needed.
    ​

  4. To view an invoice from Stripe, click on the Invoice ID on the right-hand side of the entry. You may optionally download a PDF of the receipt or invoice from the external link that populates.
