The portal has the ability to void prepaid washes for customers after they have been purchased.
Note: You are only able to void washes from prepaid wash promotions. Loyalty washes that are redeemed to an account can be removed by redeeming he loyalty wash through attendant mode.
To void prepaid washes, follow these steps:
In the portal, navigate to Marketing, then click on Prepaid Promotions.
Under the Purchase History tab, enter the customer's email or name into the search bar.
Select the confirmation code (A5LDZUMF in this case).
Press the triple-dot action button on the following screen.
Select Void Unused Washes.
