You can add Employee Perks, such as free washes, directly in the portal.
Employee perks allow you to provide a separate employee wash membership to anyone set up as an active employee through AMP. You will be able to define the product and daily/monthly wash limits that would apply to this employee membership. Your employees may still have their own personal memberships in a separate account/garage on the app.
To set up Employee Perks in the portal, follow these steps:
In the portal, under App Configurations, select the Employee Perks tab.
If the Product dropdown for the employee perk page is empty, you will need to create an employee plan/price first.
Step 1: Configure an Employee type price or set of prices on the Plan you'd like the Employees to wash under.
The plan form can be found under Locations & Washes and selecting Plans.
Step 2: Select the plan and scroll to the bottom. Click on the Add Price button.
Step 4: Fill out the information for this employee price.
Under "Details" fill out the following:
Label - This is the label that the customer usually sees, since this is a hidden employee price, this will also be internal.
Nickname - Internal use only.
Type - select "Employee" for employee pricing.
Ordinal - The order the price will be displayed on the Terms screen of plan signup.
Price group - Click for a drop-down menu to select the price group for this new price.
Payment label override - OPTIONAL - the label displayed on the invoice screen.
Term label override - OPTIONAL - the label displayed on the term selection screen.
Return to the Employee Perks account and click Create Master Employee account, and enter an email. This will be the primary account holder that employees are linked to.
After this account is created, the Employee account Id will be automatically filled.
When expanding the Product and Price dropdowns, the available choices will be filtered to display only Employee type items. The plan and price you created will be available to select.
Click Update to save your Employee Perks settings.
Note: Only one active employee perk user can be set up at any given time. If a tenant wishes to remove this functionality, AMP will have to delete the saved configuration via a script.
