Power BI has a built-in maximum of 150,000 rows when generating a report. The easiest way to export a report with more than 150,000 rows is to split your task into smaller pieces of 150,000 rows or fewer.
You can see how many rows you will have before you even generate a report by looking at the "Current Count."
Since the maximum number of rows is 150,000, you will need to generate separate, smaller reports. One way to separate these reports is by date.
For example, if you first exported activity from 8/29/2017 to 1/1/2023 and then separately from 1/1/2023 to 8/14/2023, you would generate two separate reports totaling the initially desired range.
To generate each report, you will need to hover over the top right corner of the list, then click "More Options" button.
From there, click on "Export Data."
On the next screen, you have the option to export the data with its current layout, or summarized to help with presentations, or anything else you might want to use the data for.
Click "Export" to generate the list, and repeat the process for the second round of data.
