Removing Wash Codes from the Portal

The portal allows easy management of your wash codes by location, including the ability to add, delete, and view codes. In the case that you were provided bad codes, follow this guide to resolve the issue by removing the bad codes. Following removal, please refer to Adding Wash Codes if needed for assistance on adding codes to the system.


To remove wash codes, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Codes tab on the left hand side bar.

  2. Select the proper code group from the drop down list.

  3. Select the active codes that you wish to view by clicking the number of active codes.

  4. You may select codes for deletion by either clicking the checkbox in the upper left corner of the table to select all codes in the table (including other pages), or selecting individual codes.

  5. After confirming the accuracy of your selection, press the Delete button at the top of the page, then follow the prompts to remove the selected codes.

Note: Once the codes are deleted, they cannot be retrieved. In order to reactivate codes, you will need to re-enter them into the portal. See the "Adding Wash Codes" User Guide for further information.
