It may be necessary for Admins, Test users, or other team members to be able to access their account on multiple devices. On standard accounts, users are permitted to change devices only once every 30 days.
To allow your team members to access their account on more than one device without restriction, device registration may be deactivated.
Note: Device registration is intended to be turned on for all standard users to prevent account sharing and fraud. We do not recommend this process for normal customers.
To deactivate device registration on an account, follow these steps:
In the portal, navigate to Users & Accounts and click on Users.
Enter the customer's information into the search bar, then click on their profile.
Click on General, then Roles and Access.
Uncheck the Device Registration box. This will allow the user to access their account on multiple devices.
Press Update User at the bottom of the screen when finished.
