User information is easily accessed through the portal and includes a variety of customer data, as well as many powerful customer service tools to make managing your customers a breeze.
To find a specific user in the portal, follow these steps:
In the portal, locate the left-hand panel and navigate to Users & Accounts and click on Users.
Enter the user's information to search. You can search by:
User's name or email address
User's phone number
User's license plate number
Member Status (Drop-down menu. Options: Active, Cancelled, Will Expire, Non-Members, and Overdue)
On the upper right side of the search function is a check box that says "Show Deleted."
Note: If "Show Deleted" is toggled on, active accounts will not populate.
3. If the user you are looking for has an account, they will appear in the search results. Click on their name or email address to open their account.
4. Once in the user's account, many powerful customer service actions and information sources are available, including modifying or cancelling the customer's subscription, issuing account credits or refunds, and more.
