This guide explores how to view a membership for a customer. This guide assumes your organization charges customers for memberships per vehicle, or Pay Per Vehicle ("PPV"). If your organization attaches memberships to the account, which would allow each membership to apply to more than one vehicle, your organization uses a Pay Per User model ("PPU"), and this article will not apply.
To find a customer's membership, follow these steps:
Open the portal, and navigate to Users & Accounts, then Users.
Enter the customer's information into the search bar, then click on their profile.
Click on the Accounts tab, then Vehicles.
The subscription status for each vehicle will be found here, in this column.
If you wish to make changes to the vehicle or its subscription, click on the triple-dot button on the left under Actions, then select the action you wish to take.
