Roles and Access

Each employee set up in the portal wash is assigned a role, which grants certain access to our app and portal. AMP elevated permissions include Attendant, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), and Administrator (Admin). An outline of each role's permissions is below.

You are also able to change roles on the user account under General > Roles & Access.

Note: The "None" user role is the standard permission level for customers.

Attendant Role

Attendants are only granted access to the Attendant Mode menu item in the app when they are physically at a car wash location.

Note: Attendants DO NOT have Portal Access.

CSR (Customer Service Representative):

In the App, CSR's have access to the Dev Menu item, which allows you to manually change the location of your device to a wash location without being physically on site, in addition to the above Attendant Mode menu item.

CSRs have limited Portal Access, which allows them Edit access to:

  • Users

    • Credits, Refunds, loyalty point adjustments, and void remote washes. All of which are permissions that are explicitly granted via the General Configurations setting form.

  • Users (unconfirmed)

  • Migrate User Email

  • Legacy Members

  • Fleet Accounts

  • Guest User Activity

CSRs can also view, but cannot edit, the remainder of the portal. The Employee section of the portal is also hidden from CSR's.

Admin (Administrator):

Admin is granted full access to the AMP Portal and App, including the Dev and Attendant Mode menu item.
