When a customer creates a new account in the app, they must verify their email address number with a verification code sent to the email entered at signup. If they don't receive the email, you can manually bypass the email step using the portal.
Please keep best practices surrounding fraud in mind when bypassing verification.
To bypass email verification, follow these steps:
Open the Portal, and click on "Users & Accounts," then click "Users (Unconfirmed)."
Enter the customer's email address into the search bar.
Note: in many cases where manual email confirmation is requested, it may be possible that the customer's email was entered incorrectly at signup.
If you're having difficulty locating the correct address, we recommend using partial combinations of the known email to search.
Click the checkmark to the right of the email that populates to manually confirm the email.
The customer you assisted should close and reopen their app to continue the signup process.
