Update a Customer's Phone Number in the Portal

To update a customer's phone number, follow these steps:

  1. In the portal, navigate to Users & Accounts and click on Users.

  2. Enter the customer's information into the search bar, then click on their profile.
    ​

  3. On the General tab > User Information, edit the Phone Number field as needed.
    ​

  4. Click Update User to save the changes.
