Resetting Portal Passwords

Resetting the password to sign into the AMP Portal

Situation: a member of your team may become locked out of the portal. The login credentials that they use for the portal are the same as the credentials that they use for the app.

Setting a new Password:

Currently, there is no way to reset a password through the user login page on the portal itself.

Passwords must be reset on the app first. Once passwords are reset via the app, the new password may be used to log into the portal.

Please use either of the 2 existing password reset methods to allow your team member to regain access to their account:

  1. Password Reset through confirmation email using the link on the app login screen:
