If a customer doesn't receive an email verification after creating an account, you can bypass the verification process through the portal.
We recommend first having customers check their spam folders as a troubleshooting step. If they're still unable to verify their account, you can manually verify them in the portal.
To help the customer register in the app without email verification, follow these steps:
In the portal, navigate to Users & Accounts and click on Users.
βFind the customer's information, and click on it to open their profile.
βClick on General, then Roles and Access.
βClick on the button "Set Temporary Password." This button can also say "Create User and Set Temporary Password" if the user is not already in the system. The system will then generate a one-time, temporary password. Please have the customer input the password into the app exactly as displayed.
βAfter inputting the temporary password, the app will ask the customer to input a new, permanent password.
The customer will have access to the app and their account from here.
