Downloading an Invoice Through The Portal

You can download customer invoices in the portal under their account.

Note: these invoice links will expire after a 30 day period. To find invoices older than 30 days, download them directly from Stripe.

To download a customer's invoice, follow these steps:

  1. In the portal, navigate to Users & Accounts and click on Users.

  2. Enter the customer's information into the search bar, then click on their profile.

  3. Click on Billing/Payments, then Invoice History.
    ​

  4. Locate the invoice needed, and click on the Invoice ID on the far-right side of the table.

  5. This link will take you to an invoice summary, where you can download both the Invoice as well as the Receipt.
