Power BI Reports Overview and Access

AMP Reports are the best way to access up-to-date, detailed data and analytics about your customers’ usage and billing activity related to AMP. We leverage Power BI, Microsoft’s business intelligence platform, to build and deliver our reporting.

There are 2 types of AMP Reports – Raw Data and Dashboards:

  1. Raw Data Reports contain individual, exportable lists of data with summary counts, charts, and filters at the top of the page. Raw Data Reports provide the underlying data your business requires for operational and financial analysis and are the focus of this documentation.

  2. Dashboards (Operational Reports, Engagement Reports, and Marketing Reports) contain charts and other analytics to help visualize key trends and insights.

Access

All reports can be found in a single Power BI “app”, or collection of reports at the URL below. The reports can be viewed in your web browser or the Power BI desktop app. The report data refreshes approximately every hour.

AMP manages access to reporting at the user level. Please provide AMP with a list of those that require access, including their email.

Furthermore, use of AMP Reports requires a Power BI Premium license which can be purchased directly from Microsoft or through a Microsoft partner.
