Intercom is a powerful tool that lets you reach out and get live support directly within the app. Follow these steps to start a conversation:
Open the app and navigate to Attendant Mode.
Click the triple-dot in the top right corner to show the CARla button.
Click into this to open the screen where you can send a message to our agents. CARla can assist you here and direct you to a team member.
You can also click the triple-dot in the top corner to see any new notifications from previous chats or where agents have attempted to reach you.
