1. NEW FEATURE – Physical Wash Books

Prepaid wash cards that are sold through Attendant Mode are now available! These physical cards work seamlessly for all customers - whether they have the mobile app, a user account, or neither. The flexible allocation system allows customers to divide their purchased washes across multiple physical cards, making gifting convenient and personalized for friends, family, or employees. Washes stored on a physical wash book can be redeemed via the mobile app, legacy kiosk, or Clarity kiosk flows.

a. Overview

  • Physical Wash Card Sales Through Attendant Mode

    • Sell physical wash books directly through Attendant Mode with a streamlined 4-step process

    • Select from available prepaid promotions based on the location's price group

    • Allocate washes to specific physical cards by scanning or entering card codes

  • Redemption

    • Customers can use physical wash cards at kiosks by scanning the card's barcode or QR code

    • Attendants can scan wash cards during session management for immediate wash application

    • Cards work seamlessly alongside existing wash code and prepaid promotion systems

    • Automatic balance tracking decrements remaining washes with each redemption

    • Clear messaging when cards have zero remaining washes

  • Digital Wallet Integration

    • Customers can load physical wash cards into their mobile app wash wallet

    • Remaining card balance transfers to digital format for app-based redemption

    • Maintains wash count accuracy across physical and digital redemption methods

b. How It Works

  • For Operators:

    • Enable "Allow Physical Wash Book Sales" in location settings

    • Configure prepaid promotions as usual - they'll automatically appear in wash book sales

    • Existing prepaid promotion settings (price groups, effective dates, purchase limits) apply to physical cards

  • For Attendants Selling Wash Books:

    • Navigate to Attendant Mode and select the "Wash Books" tile

    • Choose "Purchase Physical Wash Book" to start the sales process

    • Select from available promotions filtered by your location's price group

    • Configure quantity and wash type based on promotion parameters

    • Scan or enter physical card codes to allocate washes

    • Complete the transaction through standard payment processing

  • For Customers Using Wash Books:

    • At the Kiosk: Press "Scan Code" and scan the physical wash card - the gate opens if washes remain

    • With Attendant: Present the card for scanning

    • In Mobile App: Use "Load from Code" to transfer remaining card balance to digital wallet

2. NEW FEATURE – Fleet Prepaid Washes

Introduces prepaid wash capabilities specifically designed for pay-per-wash fleet accounts. This feature allows fleet administrators to purchase wash bundles in advance, providing cost savings, simplified billing, and improved cash flow management for fleet operations.

a. Overview

  • Administrative Controls

    • Create and configure prepaid promotions exclusively for fleet accounts

    • Set fleet-only pricing and bundle options separate from standard customer promotions

    • Control which promotions are available to specific fleet accounts

    • Bulk assignment options for applying new promotions across all eligible fleet accounts

    • Detailed tracking and reporting of fleet prepaid wash purchases and usage

  • Fleet Admin Portal Integration

    • Purchase prepaid wash bundles directly through the Fleet Admin Portal

    • View comprehensive purchase history with promotion details, quantities, and remaining balances

    • Track wash usage across the entire fleet with detailed redemption reporting

    • Access a streamlined purchase flow with saved payment methods and automatic invoicing

  • Pay Per Wash Fleet User Access

    • Fleet users can access their organization's prepaid washes through the mobile app

    • Intelligent wash type matching ensures the correct wash package is applied Fleet vehicles automatically use prepaid washes when available at supported locations including automatic gate opening where single wash type is configured

    • Attendant Mode integration allows staff to assist with fleet prepaid wash selection

    • Seamless fallback to standard pay-per-wash billing when prepaid balance is exhausted

    • Oldest prepaid wash purchases are used first to ensure proper rotation

b. How It Works

  • Portal Administrators set up fleet prepaid promotions:

    • Create Fleet Promotions with Account Type set to "Fleet Pay Per Wash"

    • Configure Fleet Access by assigning promotions to specific fleet accounts

    • Bulk Management with options to apply new promotions to all eligible fleets

  • For Fleet Administrators purchase a batch of prepaid washes:

    • Access Fleet Portal and navigate to Account Info > Prepaid Washes

    • Purchase Wash Bundles by selecting from available promotions

    • Complete Payment using a new or saved payment method

    • Washes will automatically become available to fleet users after purchase is complete

  • Fleet Pay Per wash users get washes from prepaid washes bundles:

    • Fleet users use washes out of the purchased batch at legacy kiosks, Clarity kiosks or via attendant mode

3. FEATURE ENHANCEMENT – Interior Service Sales Tax

Enhances the existing Interior Services feature by providing precise tax calculation capabilities for locations that need to collect sales tax specifically on interior cleaning services. This allows operators to separate interior and exterior pricing for accurate tax compliance.

a. Overview

  • Flexible Tax Configuration Options

    • Configure tax treatment at the wash type level with multiple scenarios:

      • Total Price Taxable: Apply tax to the entire wash price (existing behavior)

      • Interior Only Taxable: Apply tax only to the interior portion of the service

      • Both Portions Taxable: Apply tax to both interior and exterior portions separately

      • Neither Taxable: No tax applied to either portion

b. How It Works

  • Navigate to Portal > Wash Types and edit wash types with Interior & Exterior cleaning category

  • Configure the Interior Price to specify the interior service portion

  • Set tax treatment using the Interior Is Taxable and Total Is Taxable checkboxes

  • Configure price group overrides for interior pricing if needed

  • System automatically handles invoice generation and tax calculations

4. FEATURE ENHANCEMENT – Clarity Self-Serve Kiosk UI/UX Enhancements

Improve the customer experience at AMP Clarity self-service kiosks through refined interface design, better button placement, and customizable display options.

a. Overview

  • Important buttons and navigation elements are now positioned for better accessibility and reliability.

  • Operators can now configure how wash modes and details are displayed, choosing between image-focused or text-based presentations. New customization options provide greater control over the visual presentation of wash offerings.

  • Simplified interface flows with intuitive navigation patterns and automatic screen transitions. Enhanced user guidance helps customers move seamlessly between wash selection and detailed information.

b. How it works

  • For Operators Configuring Kiosks:

    • Navigate to Portal > Hardware > Kiosk Groups and select a Self-Serve kiosk group

    • Configure display preferences:

      • Wash Mode Selection Display: Choose "Image + Text" or "Image Only"

      • Wash Mode Detail Display: Choose "Image Based" or "Text Based"

      • Auto Transition: Set seconds for automatic return to selection screen (default: 10)

      • Upload wash mode detail images in Portal > Washes & Locations > Wash Modes

      • Customize button text through Portal > Dynamic Text configuration

2. OTHER ENHANCEMENTS

  • Added Ability to search for existing customers via RFID in Attendant Mode. Attendants can now search for existing customers using RFID scanning in addition to license plate and VIN lookup methods. When RFID is enabled for a location, attendants will see RFID as an available lookup option, with updated helper text that guides them to center the license plate, VIN, or RFID tag within the scanning area to identify and retrieve customer information.

  • Added Membership Integration Status Display to Edit Vehicle screen. Members at car washes with LPR vehicle recognition and POS integrations can now view their membership integration status directly on the vehicle edit page in their mobile garage. The new Membership Integration Status card displays above the Payment Method section, showing a green checkmark for successful integrations or an error indicator with detailed information accessible through an info icon, and includes the associated license plate details for easy identification.

3. Bugs and Other Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused several portal list view screens to error out when scrolling if browser zoom was set over 100%

  • Fixed an issue that caused a popup to block the user when purchasing a prepaid wash and applying a wallet credit

  • Fixed an issue that caused vehicles scanned by a camera and added to the queue at a secondary lane in session management to get stuck at the AT GATE status

  • Fixed an error that caused fixed price promotions to be able to be created through the portal coupon management flow
