3. FEATURE ENHANCEMENT – Wash type images by price group

Wash type images can now be configured at the price group level, providing enhanced customization of your wash menu visuals across different locations and customer segments. This feature allows you to maintain consistent branding while tailoring visual presentations to specific price groups.

a. Overview

  • Upload and manage wash type images at the price group level

  • Our system automatically displays price group-specific images when available and seamlessly falls back to the wash type image set for the mobile app end user, kiosk or attendant mode when price group image is not set

b. How it works

  • Navigate to Portal > Locations & Washes > Wash Types > Edit Wash Type

    • The Images tab now contains two sub-tabs:

      • Default Images - Set standard images that apply across all price groups for Kiosks, Attendant Mode and Mobile App users

      • Price Group Images - Create customized images for specific price groups, when set, these images override the default image

    • To configure price group-specific images:

      • Select the Price Group Images tab

      • Use the dropdown to select the target price group

      • Upload custom images for any of the four image types

      • Leave any image types blank to automatically use the default images

    • When the wash type is displayed:

      • The system checks if a custom image exists for the location's price group

      • If a price group-specific image is found, it's displayed

      • If no custom image exists, the system automatically displays the default image for the device type

4. FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

  • Restrict lookup of primary employee accounts and Guest account email addresses via Attendant Mode. The primary employee account and guest account email addresses are now filtered out of Attendant Mode user lookup results to prevent accidental editing of those accounts.

  • Ability to refresh integrations for fleet PPW vehicles. A refresh integrations option has been added to the vehicle triple dot menu in the fleet edit form, vehicles tab allowing for manual refresh to pull in the latest updates from the integration.

  • Ability to remove an RFID from a vehicle via the portal integrations form. The integrations form found in the vehicles tab of the user form in the portal has been updated to allow an RFID to be removed from a user as needed to give CSR and Admin users the ability to make this update as needed.

  • Ability to update the text color used on Clarity Display kiosks. An input allowing you to set the text color for display kiosks can now be found on the Kiosk Group edit form when Kiosk Type = Display.

  • Updated Image Map configuration to allow for a definition of an image map specifically for washes that do not support attachments. When a Kiosk group is set to use image maps you will now see options to define image maps for wash selections with and without attachments. The relevant option will be shown to a user navigating through the Kiosk flow based on their selection on the have attachments screen.

3. Bugs and Other Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused rich text dynamic text values to show as empty space in the mobile UI when not in use.

  • Fixed an issue that caused terms and conditions acknowledgement to not be shown to users migrating a legacy plan through the mobile app

  • Updated the Portal favicon to use the new AMP logo!

  • Updated error handling shown to customers when there is a payment issue with their saved card and to Attendant users when there is an error with a user's card while using tap to pay to be more informative and user friendly
