Migration Error: "This plan has already been migrated."

When customers attempt to migrate their plan in the app, they may encounter an error stating:

"This plan has already been migrated."

This indicates the legacy record has already been used to migrate to the app. Once a legacy record has been migrated, it cannot be used again. You can view which account the plan has been migrated to on the legacy record.

To view the app account this plan has been migrated to, follow these steps:

  1. Search for the legacy record using the license plate number or RFID provided by the customer, and click on the record to view.
    ​

  2. Click the blue hyperlink for Migrated User Record.
    ​

  3. This will bring you to the account this plan was migrated to.
