Customers with memberships can link accounts in the app to add additional users to their account. This can allow customers to wash their vehicles under the same app account.
To link accounts, follow these steps:
Open the app, and click the "More" menu in the bottom right-hand corner (triple-dot).
Then, select "Linked Accounts".
In the Linked Accounts section, click "Get Started". If you have multiple garages in the app, be sure to select the garage you want to share.
Click Add a Linked Account.
Then, fill out the information for the user you would like to link to your account.
Once you’ve confirmed this is the correct email address, click Continue.
You’ll receive a pop-up stating that the linking was successful.
Once you close out of the pop-up, you can see the member and primary for your linked accounts, and you can remove any members if needed.
