Loyalty points can be accrued from purchases or winning the Spinner game. These can be used to redeem either washes or credits in the app.
To view and redeem Rewards in the app, follow these steps:
Open the app and scroll down on the home page and click View Rewards.
Under the Rewards tab, select Redeem next to the desired reward.
The next screen shows a description of the reward, click Redeem to confirm the selection.
The app will return with a success message, and the reward will be available on the account.
If the loyalty reward was a credit in the app, the reward can be found in the Wallet.
Under the More menu (triple-dot), select Wallet.
This lists the available balance and history of credits on the account.
If the loyalty reward was a wash, the reward can be found in the Wash Wallet.
Select the Wash Wallet from the bottom of the screen, or select Get a Wash on the home screen.
This lists the available washes that can be used on the account.
