“Referral Code” – read-only
“Billing Zip Code” – read-only field based on customer’s default payment method’s billing zip code – this is used to determine price group and tax rate on subscriptions

“Test User” – flag employees and service providers as app “testers”; this field will be available in reporting to filter out test activity from reports/analytics
“Suspicious Activity” – flag customers that have suspicious activity; this flag will trigger a red banner at the top of this customer’s user page for future awareness and will be available in reporting

New tab that displays the date/time, related product, and related vehicle for every newly created subscription, upgrade, requested and effective downgrade, and requested and effective cancelation
Search by subscription ID to only see changes affecting a specific subscription

Added the ability to change credit balance in the portal.
This feature can be restricted to admins only by unchecking the “Allow CSR’s to manually adjust credit balance” checkbox in “App Configurations” > “General”
Added gift card and balance transaction history for the last 12 months, including date/time, related invoice (if applicable), transaction amount, ending credit balance, category, and transaction description
Note that credit balances are now shown as positive values. Increases to a credit balance are positive, decreases are negative.
“Activity Logs” > “Logins”
Captures every user login’s date/time, closest location, device/carrier details, and app/code version
App/code version can be used to confirm the customer is on the latest version. If they are not, it can sometimes cause errors. In that case, the recommended solution is to download the latest version from the app store.

Captures every promo code redeemed through the app, including date/time of redemption, the affected subscription (if applicable), and coupon details.

Other Improvements
Automated Emails to Attendant Mode Sign Ups – You can now set a custom schedule of emails to be automatically sent to customers that have signed up through attendant mode but have not yet logged into the app and registered their device. This can be a helpful way of encouraging customers to make use of their subscription and avoid churn. This is our first “customer journey” type, we will be developing additional triggers, criteria, and actions to allow the creation of additional customer journeys. Allow Customers to Control When to Use Their Credit Balance - You can now enable “wallet management” for customers, which allows customers to opt out of having their credit balance automatically applied to subscription payments and one-time purchases. Leaving “wallet management” disabled will keep current credit balance functionality the same. If you are interested in enabling wallet management, please contact [email protected].
Additional Payment Data – We are now tracking the payment “fingerprint” for every charge. Fingerprint is a unique ID for each payment method. This allows us to better track if the same payment method is being used on multiple accounts to more easily identify related accounts.
Start a Wash from Edit Vehicle Screen – Customers can now access the start a wash screen directly from the edit vehicle screen, creating a more intuitive flow from reviewing a vehicle and its plan to starting a wash.
Set “None” as an Employee’s Role – When updating an employee record through the form, uploader, or API, you can now remove an employee’s Admin, CSR, or Attendant role without deactivating them as an employee.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug on the “No Internet Connection” screen where the dynamic text was not properly displaying.
Fixed a bug where the minimum order value on promo codes created through the portal was not being honored.
Fixed a bug in the legacy plan migration flow where on some older device models the “Search Another Way” text was being pushed off screen.
Fixed a UI bug where the edit icon in the garage screen was pushed partially off screen by long vehicle names.
