  1. NEW FEATURE – Directly Access Your AMP and Stripe data through Snowflake

    • In addition to Power BI and our API, you can now access your AMP-related data through Snowflake.

    • Snowflake makes it easy to write your own queries and create your own views, combine AMP data with data from other sources, and connect data to the business intelligence or reporting tool of your choice.

    • Please note that accessing our data does require having your own Snowflake account and paying any associated compute costs (which Snowflake will charge directly). If you are interested in accessing AMP data through Snowflake, reach out to [email protected].

  1. Other Improvements

    • Gift Cards. Based on potential for abuse we have removed the ability for customers to purchase gift cards with other credits.

    • Subscription History. We have added the tracking of additional events to the subscription history tab in the portal when looking up a customer:

      • “Quantity Increased” and “Quantity Decreased” (adding/removing to a family plan)

      • “Reactivation” (undoing a cancelation that is scheduled for period end)

      • “Subscription Extended” (removing a scheduled auto-cancelation for limited life plans so they no longer have a cancelation date)

    • VIN Lookup. Allow for manual entry of vehicle details when VIN lookup is enabled and allow for scanning either a VIN number or bar code to get vehicle details.

    • Wash Activity. Removed the 6-month limit on wash activity so all wash activity is now visible in the portal when looking up a customer.

    • Legacy Plan Migration. Added “Legacy Plan Id” to the legacy plan information in the portal.

  2. Fixed a bug making it hard to reach certain locations lower down on the location list.

  3. Fixed a bug that caused characters to be duplicated when entering a license plate number through attendant mode.

  4. Fixed a bug causing an empty space to show above cancelation reasons when canceling a subscription in the portal or app.

  5. Fixed a bug causing login issues for some customers that had their email migrated to a new one in the portal.
