NEW FEATURE – Attendant Daily Scorecard
The “Attendant Scorecard” is a new optional feature that allows your attendants to see how they and their location are performing each day.
This feature can be turned on/off under “App Configurations” > “General” > “Attendant Mode” > “Hide attendant score card.”
The name of the scorecard can be changed in “App Configurations” > “Dynamic Text” > “ATTENDANT_SCORECARD.”
All data shown in the Attendant Scorecard are from subscriptions and washes sold or initiated through attendant mode. Self-serve subscription and wash purchases will NOT be included.
The scorecard has 2 tabs:
SUMMARY
Memberships – All subscriptions sold today by an attendant at the current location by plan type, even if there was no initial payment required.
Retail Sales – All washes sold today by an attendant at the current location by wash type. Does NOT include membership washes.
Attendant Member Signups – Subscription sales totals for today by attendant at the current location.
WASH DETAILS
List of all plan and retail washes facilitated by an attendant at the current location today, sorted to show latest first.
Clicking on an item opens the wash code screen in case the code needs to be rescanned.
NEW FEATURE – Wash Promotion Deal Type
“Wash Promotion” deals allow you to directly navigate a customer to the pay per wash flow and automatically apply a designated promo code, saving time and leading to higher conversion on your pay per wash promotions.
This works similarly to the “Subscription Promotion” deal type which directly navigates customers to the select a plan flow.
NEW FEATURE – Unsubscribe/Resubscribe from Emails by Type
Customers can now unsubscribe or resubscribe to emails by category.
In “User Settings”, customers can opt in/out of receiving emails for “Account Notifications” and/or “Marketing Communications”, similar to the existing opt ins/outs for text messages.
Furthermore, you can allow admins and/or CSRs to unsubscribe/resubscribe customers within the portal by changing the configuration “User Notification Preference Edit Access” under “General Configurations.”
You can now add unsubscribe links to the bottom of your AMP email templates, allowing customers to quickly unsubscribe from the related category of emails.
If the customer clicks on the “Unsubscribe” link, they will be navigated to a web page that confirms that they have been unsubscribed, no further action is required.
On the web page, there will be a link to “User Settings” so the customer can easily update other notification preferences as desired.
Each email template will have a designation of “Account Notifications”, “Marketing Communications”, or none that will be used to determine if the customer receives that email based on their preferences.
We have already designated the following generally available email templates as follows:
“Account Notifications”:
Attendant mode signup email
Subscription cancelation requested
Family plan / shared garage welcome email
Fleet welcome email
Reminder to download the app if signed up through attendant mode
No Designation (can’t be unsubscribed given importance of information):
Low code notifications
Employee welcome email
Gift card recipient email (includes redemption code)
Prepaid wash package recipient email (includes redemption code)
Contact [email protected] if you would like to make any changes to your existing email templates.
For new email templates, we will ask you which designation you would like to use.
Other Improvements
Direct Attendant Mode Navigation. Employees with an “Attendant” role will be automatically navigated to the “Attendant Mode” module when logging into the app. They are still free to navigate to other screens as needed.
Change Password. Customers can now change their password on the User Setting’s screen of the app (they must be logged in – forgot password is still available on the login screen)
Scan License Plate in Attendant Mode. When signing up a new member, your attendants can now scan a license plate with their device’s camera to speed up the add vehicle process.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug causing duplicate barcode texts to be sent to customers from attendant mode.
Fixed a bug causing an incorrect time to next free wash to show when a customer changed their vehicle at the select a service screen.
Fixed a bug that removed cancelling immediately as an option when a subscription was pending cancelation.
Fixed a bug that caused the vehicle image to overlap with text for certain vehicle types.
Fixed a bug that prevented the “Retry” location button from working correctly for remote wash purchase redemptions.
