  1. NEW FEATURE – Points-Based Loyalty

    • Increase retention, foster brand loyalty, and encourage mobile app downloads with points-based loyalty!

    • NOW AVAILABLE:

      • With the new loyalty feature, your app users can earn points from their purchases that can be redeemed for app credits.

      • Once activated in your app, your customers will automatically earn points based on the conversation rate of your choosing (e.g., 1 point per $, 2 points per $).

      • Customers can view their point balance from the home screen or visit the loyalty page for additional details on reward options, transaction history, and point expiration.

      • Currently, we support credit rewards for loyalty options. You can set up as many credit reward options as you like (e.g., $10 credit for 50 points, $25 credit for 100 points, $50 credit for 175 points). These credits work the same as other credits (e.g., from gift card redemptions or spin-to-win prizes).

    • COMING SOON:

      • Offer free washes as reward options.

      • Offer add-ons as reward options.

      • Reward filter to differentiate rewards between members and non-members.

      • Point multipliers for specific purchases.

      • Tenure based rewards with auto-coupon application via customer journeys.

      • Dynamic marketing based on point goals (e.g., just 25 more points until a free wash!).

      • Improved “pay with points” checkout experience.

      • Gifting points and rewards.

  1. NEW FEATURE – Charge-Per-Vehicle Fleet Option

    • Offer per-vehicle pricing options to your fleet customers!

    • Set the approach type (pay per vehicle, pay per user or pay per wash) for each fleet.

    • Both you and your fleet admin will be able to easily:

    • Easily add/remove fleet vehicles from the admin portal and your customer’s fleet portal.

    • Non-admin fleet users can search for, select, and wash any vehicle that’s been added to the fleet, but they cannot add, remove, or modify any vehicles themselves.

    • Integrations with LPR and RFID are supported

    • We recommend working with the AMP team in setting up your first charge-per-vehicle fleet. Please reach out to [email protected] if interested.

  1. NEW FEATURE – Set Customer Redemption Limits Across a Group of Coupons

    • You can now apply coupon redemption limits (e.g., 1 redemption per customer) to cover multiple coupons instead of on an individual-coupon basis.

    • This allows you to prevent customers from redeeming two or more similar coupons where you would prefer they could only redeem one.

    • AMP is leveraging metadata in Stripe to apply these redemption limits, please contact [email protected] for assistance in using grouped limits.

  1. Other Improvements

    • Modify/Remove Vehicles in the Admin Portal. You can now modify or remove a vehicle on the customer’s behalf by clicking on the “triple dot” menu next to the vehicle (“VEHICLES” tab).

    • Scan License Plate to Lookup Existing User in Attendant Mode. When looking up an existing user in Attendant Mode, you can now select the ‘Scan’ option to scan their license plate or VIN for a faster lookup.

  • Redeemed and Unredeemed Wash Filters on Popups and Messages. We have updated the “Washes” filter on popups and messages to allow you to differentiate between redeemed and unredeemed remote washes.

  • More text configurability. We added the following dynamic text options on the plan selection and plan cancelation flows:

    • Plan and Term Selection:

      1. Dynamic Text: PLAN_SIGN_UP_TERM_SELECTION

        • The text above the plan term selections (e.g., “How would you like to pay?”).

      2. Dynamic Text: PLAN_SIGN_UP_SAVINGS

        • The text below the $ amount of each term option indicating the savings over the monthly option (e.g., “Save [savings]”).

      3. Configuration under “Membership parameters”: Plan Sign Up Price To Display

        • This allows you to choose what price customers see when looking at the menu of plans – either the cheapest available price per month or the price of the shortest term available.

    • Plan Cancelation Confirmation:

      1. Dynamic Text: CANCEL_PLAN_PROCEED_BUTTON

        • The text on the button that confirms canceling.

      2. Dynamic Text: CANCEL_PLAN_DO_NOT_CANCEL_BUTTON

        • The text on the button that aborts cancelation.

      3. Dynamic Text: CANCEL_PLAN_BANNER

        • The text at the very top of the screen in the banner (e.g., “Plan Cancelation”).

      4. Dynamic Text: CANCEL_PLAN_SCREEN_TITLE

        • The text below the banner (e.g., “Sorry to See You Go!”).

      5. Dynamic Text: CANCEL_PLAN_REASON_WHY

        • The cancel reason question text, which now has an asterisk to indicate it is required.

      6. Dynamic Text: CANCEL_PLAN_FEEDBACK

        • The cancel feedback question text

      7. Dynamic Text: CANCEL_PLAN_EXPLANATION

        • The text above the buttons explaining the impact of canceling

  1. Bug Fixes

  2. Fixed a bug causing some promo codes created in the portal to not honor the number of max redemptions selected.

  3. Fixed a bug that caused the app to crash when scanning a QR code with a deep link to the wash screen.

  4. Fixed a bug that hid prepaid wash promotions in the portal if their start date was in the future.

  5. Fixed a bug that caused plan options to be cutoff on the plan selection screen on certain devices.

  6. Fixed a bug that displayed the new plan when a downgrade was pending, instead of the currently active plan.

  7. Updated tax rate logic to handle 9 digit billing zip codes passed over from Apple Pay and Google Pay.
