  1. NEW FEATURE – 1st of Month Billing on all Subscriptions

    • You can now choose to have all subscriptions anchor to a 1st of month billing cycle.

    • The customer’s first payment will be prorated for the amount of days remaining in the current calendar month.

    • For example, if a customer signs up for a plan around midmonth, they only pay for the remainder of the month (i.e., 50% off).

    • This can be used to entice customers to sign up for a membership at a smaller commitment.

    • PROMOTION NOTES:

      • Currently this feature does not support other 1st month promotions (i.e., if you turn 1st of month billing on, the pro-rated month is the only “promotion” that is available)

      • Zaps can be leveraged to apply coupons to future invoices after the subscription has been created

    • Please reach out to [email protected] to learn more.

  1. NEW FEATURE – Apply coupons to a subscription using our API

    • You can now apply coupons to existing subscriptions using our API, allowing you to apply discounts systematically and in bulk.

    • For example, you could apply discounts to customers that have been a member for a certain amount of time, or customers that may be at high risk of churn and are highly profitable.

    • Please reach out to [email protected] to learn more.

  1. Other Improvements

    • Attendant Mode Sign Up Email - Show Both the List Price and Applied Coupon to Plans. The email sent to customers after they sign up through attendant mode will now show them the price of their plan AND any applied discounts so they are aware of the discount they received but also the price they will pay after the discount is no longer in effect. Previously only the full price of the plan was displayed.

  1. Bug Fixes and Other Clean Up Items

  2. Fixed a bug that caused the location filter on deals to reset to “All” when refreshing the browser while editing a deal.

  3. Fixed a bug that automatically opened attendant mode on login for attendants that weren’t within a site radius (and therefore should not have been able to access attendant mode).

  4. Fixed a bug that caused scrolling issues on the plan selection screen for older/smaller phones.

  5. Fixed a bug that caused the app to crash when clicking on a deep link that navigated to the start a wash screen.
