In addition to the following enhancements and bug fixes, our team has been busy working on back-end performance improvements that will allow us to continue adding exciting new features to the AMP platform over the coming months.
Feature Improvements
Increased flexibility in the configuration of support methods. All support methods are now optional. If you choose not to configure a support phone number, text number, or email address, the “Need Assistance” link in the app will display a customizable message (see below for an example).
Audit trail for changes to a user’s security role. All changes to a user’s security role are now recorded in the comments section of the user form with the timestamp, name of the admin or CSR who made the change, and an optional comment. This will provide more transparency around role assignment and adjustments.
New optionality for user acknowledgement. Acknowledgements can now be configured to “always require acceptance”. This setting can be turned on in the acknowledgment edit screen. The user will then be required to accept the acknowledgement any time the associated action is taken in app. For example, you can now require acceptance of the terms and conditions acknowledgement each time a user signs up for a plan in app.
Expanded email migration capabilities. The email migration feature now allows an email migration even when the "to" email account has certain activity (e.g., washes, canceled plans) that previously precluded the email address from being migrated.
New triggers, conditions and actions have been added to Customer Journeys. Wash activity and survey responses can now be used as triggers to kick off new journeys, or as conditions for when a journey should take a desired action. We’ve also added the ability to increase a user’s credit balance or apply loyalty points to an account using journeys. Please reach out to customer success if you are interested in using this new functionality.
Bug Fixes and Other Clean Up Items
New dynamic text is available on the “Tell a Friend” referral screen in app. The title, description, action button text and link to the referral activity details screen can now be configured in the portal dynamic text form.
Fixed a bug that caused the linked account option to remain visible in the user settings menu in app when the linked account more menu option was set to inactive.
Fixed a bug that was causing the incorrect theme to intermittently show in app.
