PRODUCTION RELEASE NOTES – Dec. 20, 2023


1. NEW FEATURE – In App Wallet History

  • Users now have access to a list of their wallet transactions via a history link on the wallet
    screen, providing them with more transparency and insight into their wallet balance.

  • The wallet history screen lists wallet transactions made by the user or on their behalf and
    categorizes them by type.

  • Transaction types include:

    • Gift card redeemed

    • Applied to transaction

    • Customer support credit

    • Customer support credit decrease

    • Loyalty reward

    • Spin to win reward

    • Referral credit

    • Promotional reward

    • Cash deposit

  • The label for each wallet history transaction type can be configured via dynamic text.

2. NEW FEATURE – Net Promotor Score Survey Option

  • To help you gain more in-depth feedback on customer satisfaction and other customer
    opinions we have added a net promoter score question type to surveys.

  • The NPS question type can be added to any survey and includes a configurable question and
    a range of options from 0 -10.

  • The helper text identifying 0 as the minimum value and 10 as the maximum value can be
    configured via dynamic text.

3. Feature Improvements

  • Improved License Plate Scanner accuracy. To help you move customers through the prewash
    flow more swiftly we’ve made improvements to the license plate scanner used in Attendant
    Mode. The scanner is now more accurate in discerning the license plate number from other
    text or symbols on the tag.

  • Added ability to exclude employees from marketing segmentations. When creating deals,
    popups, and messages in portal you will now see an “Exclude Employees” configuration
    option. When this configuration is turned on that piece of marketing material will not be
    shown to employee users in app.

  • Improved Fleet Account primary contact creation flow. When creating a new fleet account in
    portal, if the primary contact’s email address is not already associated with an AMP account,
    an account will be created for that user and a “FLEET” role automatically assigned. In this
    case, you will now be prompted to input a temporary password for the newly created user
    that they will use to login for the first time.

  • Added location-based override for “Enable usage history detail view” setting. To give you
    increased flexibility around a user’s ability to view wash codes from previous purchases the
    configuration that controls whether a user can see wash details for transactions in their
    wash history screen can now be overridden at the location level. The location override can
    be set on the location edit screen.

  • Updated the mobile app vehicle card. To give customers more insight on their membership
    details the vehicle card has been updated. The card now shows the “member since” or
    “vehicle added” date along the bottom of the card as well as other relevant membership
    details such as cancelled on, paused on, or renews on dates.

  • Updated the employee bulk upload process and API endpoints. We’ve improved the way we
    process employee bulk uploads and API requests. The upload process will be much faster
    and include a processing table that clearly defines the status of each employee as
    “Processing”, “Completed” or “Error”. In addition, two filters have been added to the
    Employees page, to quickly filter for Processing Status and Employee Status (Activated,
    Deactivated) - when exporting from the employees table any applied filters will be respected

4. Bug Fixes and Other Clean Up Items

  • Updated employee perks so that when a perk is activated, all employees are automatically
    added to the employee account and if the perk is deactivated, all employees are
    automatically removed from the employee account.

  • Fixed a bug that was causing the suggested maximum file size to show up incorrectly when
    uploading brand image files.

  • Fixed a bug that caused an error when attempting to remove a vehicle from a charge per
    vehicle fleet.

  • Increased the font size of the text underneath barcode and QR codes on the wash
    redemption screen.

  • Updated verbiage in the support request email header to [Business Name] Mobile App:
    Support Request.

  • Added a link to the app’s privacy statement to the helper text shown on the user info screen
    in the first-time login flow.

  • Added RFID, if present, to the Attendant Mode Score Card attendant member signups data.

  • Added RFID, if present, to the User Form Vehicles table.

  • Added two new API endpoints one to get product with prices by location and one to get
    wash types by location.

  • Added new email variables to cancelation, attendant mode signup and self-signup email
    templates.
