In addition to the following features, enhancements and bug fixes, our team has been busy working on
back-end performance improvements and exciting new expansions to the AMP suite of products!
1. NEW FEATURE – Zendesk Integration
AMP now offers integration with Zendesk ticketing – if activated via the portal, a Support
Ticket icon will appear in the support tray in the mobile app. When the help ticket option is
selected, app users can submit a ticket to Zendesk. The in-app form requests information from the end user prior to submission and auto-sends
both phone number and email to allow your customer care team to provide the best support
possible. As always, all of the text in the Zendesk ticket is dynamic. Use the search “HELP_TICKET” to
find the dynamic text related to this feature. There are two pieces of dynamic text we
included to help your customer care team automatically categorize tickets. These include:HELP_TICKET_SUBJECT_AUTO_PREFIX - The text that is prefixed to the user
submitted subject when a ticket is sent to Zendesk via the mobile app form.HELP_TICKET_AUTO_BODY_FOOTER - The text that is appended to the user
submitted message body when a ticket is sent to Zendesk via the mobile app form.
[PhoneNumber] variable is available.
