1. NEW FEATURE – Ability to add coupons to subscriptions through Portal

  • Coupons can now be applied to active subscriptions in the AMP portal, eliminating the need
to access Stripe to take this action.

  • A new Apply Coupon button can be found in the Accounts section of the User Form.

    • Charge per user account approach, on the Overview tab to the right of the Pause
      and Modify action buttons

    • Charge per vehicle accounts, navigate to the Vehicles tab and click on the action
      menu item (triple ellipses)

  • All coupons that are eligible to be applied to a subscription will be shown in the coupon
dropdown. Once the coupon is selected, all promo codes under that coupon will populate in
    the Promo Code dropdown.

  • Please note the following:

    • Device restrictions cannot be enforced with coupons applied via the porta;

    • Only one coupon can be applied to a subscription at a given time

    • If a subscription has an existing coupon, a coupon cannot be applied via the portal

  • A View Coupon button that opens a modal with the details of the applied coupon will be
visible in the User Form for any subscriptions with applied coupons.

2. NEW FEATURE – Wash Expiration

  • Expiration dates can now be configured for prepaid wash packages, pre-purchased washes,
    and loyalty reward washes.

  • To set expiration dates, navigate to the General Configuration form and scroll to the “Saved
    Wash Expiration” sub-section (screenshot below).

  • Once an expiration interval has been configured, app users will see the expiration date for
their prepaid wash package and pre-purchased washes at checkout.

    • NOTE: expiration dates will not be retroactively applied to washes purchased before
the expiration periods are set. Please reach out to the Customer Success team to
discuss a retroactive application, as needed.

  • App users can see upcoming and historical expiration dates in the following areas:

    • The expiration dates for redeemed prepaid wash packages and loyalty reward
washes can be found in the prepaid wash screen’s history tab.

    • Expiration dates for pre-purchased washes (aka remote washes) can be found on the
wash’s info tile on the wash screen.

  • Portal users can see expiration dates in the following areas:

    • User form, Remote Wash table

    • User form, Prepaid Wash History table

    • Prepaid Wash Page, Promotion Purchase History table

  • Customer journeys can be set up to send reminder emails to users ahead of wash expiration
dates. Please reach out to [email protected] for more information.

wash screen so that the Promotions are listed first and history is the secondary tab that
users can navigate to, as needed.

fields have been added to the credit adjustment form. The reason field options can be
